How do I reach buying committee members I can't find through standard tools?

Find overlooked buying stakeholders through account conversations, public project evidence and relevant professional relationships, then validate their role in the decision. Standard contact databases may miss people, but a hidden stakeholder is not automatically an influential blocker. Research responsibilities and the current buying process, and coordinate new conversations with the existing account team and champion.

Ask better account questions

Who owns the implementation? Who must approve security or procurement? Whose input is missing? Who will be affected by the change? These questions reveal decision roles more reliably than searching senior titles alone.

Research supporting evidence

Review company information, relevant project material and professional histories. Former employees or partners may provide appropriate context, but their knowledge can be incomplete or outdated.

Build a legitimate route

Ask the champion for a relevant introduction or investigate a confirmed professional connection. Explain why the stakeholder's input would help the evaluation. Do not present an inferred relationship as personal access.

Update the account plan

Record role, concern, evidence, engagement and next action. A stakeholder list should explain the decision, not become an excuse to contact everyone who might work at the company.

Orbb can support researching people and possible paths beyond a standard contact list. The team must still validate participation and relevance through the buyer's process before treating a new name as a critical stakeholder.
